Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping & Delivery — Nationwide, Tracked, Fast.

  • Charges: flat Rs 300 nationwide. FREE on orders above Rs 7,500.

  • Dispatch: unstitched orders leave our studio within 24–48 h (Mon–Sat). Stitched orders add 5–7 working days of tailoring before dispatch.

  • Transit: Karachi / Lahore / Islamabad: 2–3 working days. All other cities: 3–5 working days. Remote areas may take 1–2 days longer via courier partner network.

  • Couriers: TCS & Leopards. Your tracking number arrives by WhatsApp/SMS the moment the parcel is booked.

  • Delays: during Eid/launch weeks transit may extend by 1–2 days; we post banners on the site when this applies.

  • Undelivered parcels: couriers attempt delivery twice; our team then calls/WhatsApp you to reschedule.

  • International shipping: currently Pakistan only. Overseas? WhatsApp us — we arrange DHL on request for bulk/family orders [remove if not offered].

Cash on Delivery Terms

Cash on Delivery — Pay at Your Doorstep.

  1. COD is available on all orders up to Rs 50,000, anywhere in Pakistan, at no extra charge beyond standard shipping.

  2. Keep the order amount ready where possible; riders carry limited change.

  3. You may inspect the parcel (open-parcel inspection) before paying.

  4. COD orders are confirmed by a WhatsApp/SMS message; unconfirmed orders may be held until you respond.

  5. If a COD parcel is refused or unclaimed twice without a valid reason, we may require advance payment (bank/JazzCash/EasyPaisa) for future orders.

  6. Refunds for COD orders are made by bank transfer per the Refund & Return Policy.
