Returns & Refunds policy

The short version: unworn, unwashed, tags intact → exchange within 7 days of delivery. Defective or wrong item → exchange or full refund, our cost.

1. 7-day exchange. Any unstitched article may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and original packaging intact. Stitched (Standard) sizes follow the same rule; Custom Fit items and fragrances/accessories [if sold] are exchangeable only for manufacturing defects.

2. Defective, damaged or incorrect items. Report within 72 hours of delivery on WhatsApp with photos/video. We book a free return courier and, at your choice, replace the item, credit your Style Fusion account, or refund in full including shipping.

3. How returns work. (a) WhatsApp +92 322 7795717 or email hello.stylefusion@gmail.com with your order number and photos; (b) we book TCS/Leopards pickup or a drop-off; (c) QC within 48 h of receipt; (d) exchange ships within 48 h of QC approval, or refund is initiated.

4. Refunds. Approved refunds are paid by bank transfer (IBFT) to an account in the customer's name within 7–10 working days of QC approval. For card payments, refunds go to the original card. A store-credit voucher (no expiry) is always available if you prefer it.

5. What we can't accept. Items washed, worn, altered or missing tags; items returned after 7 days (except hidden manufacturing defects, reported within 14 days); difference of personal taste in hand-embroidery placement; and parcels refused at doorstep more than twice (future orders may require advance payment).

6. Sale items. Sale/discounted unstitched items remain exchangeable under clause 1; refunds for sale items apply only under clause 2 (defect/wrong item).

7. Colour expectations. We photograph under calibrated light; minor screen-to-fabric shade variation is normal and is not a defect.
